How to Order
Ordering is easy and secure 24/7 on our site! Here’s how to place an order:
1. Find the product(s) you want. Browse our categories on the menu on the left side of our Web site, or search for your desired products. The search box is on the left of our Web page.
2. If you used our Search box to look for items, click on the title you are interested in from the list of products that resulted from your search.
3. When you click on a product, you will go to a page with complete information on the product, including the cover image, a full description of its contents, price, availability, and more detailed product information.
4. To buy the title, click on the "Add to Cart" button to begin checkout. If you choose to purchase from another supplier like Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Borders, or IndieBound their links are below the "Add to Cart" button. (Please note: special offers on Qbookshop do not apply to retailers outside of Qbookshop. And when you leave Qbookshop to shop elsewhere, you are bound by their terms & conditions.)
5. To continue shopping for more items, either browse the categories to the left or search for another item. If you find more items, add them to the cart as described in point 4. If you do not find more items, you can return to your shopping cart to checkout by selecting the “Cart” button in the upper-right corner of the web page..
6. Review the contents of your cart. You can review each product’s price, change the quantity of what you want to order, apply promotion codes – if a special promotion is being offered (optional), or remove items from your cart.
7. Click "Proceed to Checkout" if you want to buy the products listed in your cart. If you are a returning customer, enter your e-mail address and either your password or billing zip code to recall your address information. If you are a new customer, please enter your address information. All customers: choose a shipping method, enter your credit card inforrmation, then click "Continue Checkout." You will still have a chance to review your order before submitting it.
8. Review your order. If there is anything you would like to edit, click the "Edit" link to edit that area. If all is correct, place your order with us.
9. Your order has been placed. You may print a copy of your order for your records. Meanwhile, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order.
