Lorraine Gray is a pet portrait artist, working in pastels, oil, and acrylic, in Berkshire, England. Lorraine’s love for art and animals started as a young girl, when she spent many hours painting her beloved pet dog and cat. After graduating from school she worked as a secretary for a local company and pursued her hobby through local commissions and pet portraits for her friends and family. Since launching her website, Lorraine has fulfilled commissioned paintings from all around the world. Her pet portraits hang in the USA, Japan, Canada, Switzerland, Malta, France, Holland, and Dubai, as well as the UK. Lorraine’s work has been featured in the Kennel Club Exhibition in Piccadilly, London (2006), on programme broadcasting live with BBC1TV from Battersea Dogs and Cats home, where she painted a portrait of the featured dog (2007), and in the magazine Your Cat (2011).
